SHIPPING TIME

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order.

Note that we do not ship products out on weekends and local public holidays.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Average shipping time is 8-15 working days.

 

NB! PLEASE CONSIDER THAT, DUE TO THE GLOBAL EMERGENCY, SHIPPING TIMES CAN BE LONGER THAN EXPECTED!
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours.

You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please email us at info@thaliagems.com. Please allow 1-5 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

 

TAXES

Please note that Thalia Gems would not be responsible for any local charges that customer may witness when the package is held by customs. These charges are at the customer own expense.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@thaliagems.com within 24hrs of order placement. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee when your order has been fulfilled and shipped out already - then we are not able to cancel it.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

Please write to us at info@thaliagems.com within 24hrs of order placement when you like to change your shipping address. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee when your order has been fulfilled and shipped out already - then we are not able to change it.

 

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier listed when you click your tracking number in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound. 

If you order multiple products, your order may be split up and sent in different packages. We do this to ensure the fastest possible shipping time. We package and ship our products in the fastest available order possible, which means sometimes we have to send them in different packaging - but do not worry you will usually receive all your items within the same couple of days.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For returns and exchanges please email us at info@thaliagems.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number and the reason.

All items may be returned for exchange or refund.

All items sent back to us need to be in perfect new condition.

Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery (counting the day of delivery as the first one). If the 7 days have passed we are not able to take back any products or offer you a refund. So if you have a problem with your order, please react as soon as possible.

All returns and exchanges need to be shipped back to us no more than 5 days after receiving a confirmation email from us.

Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send products back with a tracking option, because Thalia Gems will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. In that case you must file a claim with the carrier.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In case of a refund money will be returned in 10 days after the inspection.
