Black obsidian is a beautiful natural stone formed by cooled volcanic lava. It's smooth and reflective and doesn't have a crystalline structure.

Grounding – It can help with getting centered, feeling present, clearing energy, and connecting to the earth and our own bodies. Black Obsidian helps you to understand who you truly are and not who you think you are, it will help to integrate these two perceptions into a whole, brings clarity to the mind and clears confusion.

Protection – A strongly protective stone, it forms a shield against negativity. Obsidian blocks psychic attack and absorbs negative energies from the environment. It draws out mental stress and tension.
